Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy: Our shipping is free in the USA, and all other countries. In the USA, our products will ship out Priority mail. Canada, and all other countries will ship regular post. For over seas packages the shipping time may be up to three weeks. We ship Monday - Friday, and are closed for all holidays. Because our products are all natural and are not mass produced to help prolong shelf life, we ship standard in-stock orders within two to three weeks.

You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order, or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again.

Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with your product please contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to give you a full refund or replace your product with one of equal value.

Full refunds do not include wrong color choices in the Mineral Makeup. We ask that if you are unsure of your color you use our "color compare" and go to your local drugstore to determine the color for your skin.
